Kedibone has more than 13 years of corporate finance, private equity and fund management experience. She was a Fund Principal at the Public Investment Corporation (“PIC”), where she led a team that has invested in transactions in excess of R2 billion. Prior to PIC, Kedibone worked at Investec in the Investment Banking Division in their Johannesburg and London offices. Post PIC, she co-founded Heritage Capital, a private equity fund manager established in 2015, raising a fund and investing growth capital in the mid-cap businesses.
Kedibone’s investment experience spans across a number of sectors including healthcare, education, and agriculture, also having held various board positions in these sectors. She completed her articles at KPMG in Johannesburg and held subsequent accounting advisory roles with the Global Conversion Services Division in KPMG Boston and New York. She is an MBA graduate, which she attained at Cranfield School of Management, UK.
Kedibone currently serves on the boards of AIG South Africa Limited and AIG Life South Africa Limited, the board’s Audit Committee, and is the Chairperson of the Africa Risk Capital Committee. She also serves on the board of Federated Employers Mutual Fund (“FEM”) where she serves on the Investment Committee and Audit Committee.
Buyisiwe has 13 years of investment banking and private equity experience. She spent 11 years at Investec as part of the Corporate Finance Team, where she advised on a number of listed and unlisted transactions with a total value in excess of R25 billion. During Buyisiwe’s tenor at Investec, she was engaged on a number of M&A and B-BBEE transactions for a very diverse client base which exposed her to a wide range of sectors. Her private equity experience was attained at Heritage Capital, a private equity fund manager which she co-founded in 2015, raising a fund and investing growth capital in the mid-cap businesses.
Buyisiwe completed her articles at the PwC Johannesburg office and briefly at the San Francisco Office on a secondment. She also completed the African Leadership Development Program with Oxford University in 2011, is an Archbishop Desmond Tutu fellow and was awarded the ABSIP Corporate Financier of the year award in 2013. She is also the founding member of Seeds of Hope Education Initiative, a non-profit organization focusing on the implementation of education programs in under-privileged schools.
Buyisiwe currently serves as an independent on the board of ELB Group Limited and ELB Group Limited Audit Committee. She also serves on the Board and the Investment Committee of the Izandla Property Fund Proprietary Limited and Izandla Property Proprietary Limited.

Motty has almost 50 years’ experience as a consultant, advisor and mentor to numerous local and foreign companies and executives. He has also held executive and non-executive office in various business sectors, including healthcare, financial services, technology, education, property and manufacturing. Motty was a co-founder of Netcare Limited, having served as its executive chairman, thereafter as a non-executive chairman and director.
Motty was also the co-founder and Chairman of Aplitec Ltd, he is the co-founder and mentor to B-BBEE controlled Afrocentric Investment Corp. Ltd and is also the co-founder and Chairman of Capital Appreciation Ltd. Motty serves and has served as chairman and/or director on several boards including Fedsure Holdings, Federated Employers Mutual, Federated General, Saambou Bank Holdings, The Automobile Association, Clinic Holdings, Advtech Limited, The International Association of Political Consultants and Adcock Ingram.
